The living space features a large grey convertible sofa, suitable to sleep 2 people, a flat screen TV and a dining table that can serve up to 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric appliances like stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine and all the cooking utensils for those who wish to prepare their own meals.

In the bedroom there is a well-sized bed, a built in wardrobe and a chest of drawers to store your belongings. The bathroom is newly refurbished and features a cabin shower.

The Martlett Court Residence is located within a short 3-minute walk from Covent Garden Underground Station on the Piccadilly line and 7 minutes walk far from Holborn Underground station on Central and Piccadilly line. It is conveniently situated behind the Royal Opera and close to a plethora of theatres which are one of the main attractions of London. The property is surrounded by a vast array of boutiques, fancy restaurants, coffee shops and hall markets to enjoy different cuisines from around the world. Oxford Street, one of the worlds’ most famous shopping districts, also sits in walking proximity from the property.
