Check-in and check-out: We will arrange the check-in at your convenience any time after 3PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 12PM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Passport check: When you arrive, we will check the lead guest’s passport.
Cleaning: We carefully prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, it will be professionally cleaned with hotel-quality linens & towels. Housekeeping services during the stay can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
